NDAs as standard — not an afterthought
Before any buyer sees a seller's identity or financials, they sign a non-disclosure agreement specific to that listing. The signature, version and timestamp are recorded as an immutable part of the deal record, with a non-circumvention commitment that protects sellers from being bypassed.
